Welcome to Aligned-ish. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aligned-ish.com (the "Site") and any digital products you purchase from us. By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Aligned-ish is a personal-development brand based in the United States, offering downloadable digital journals and guides. "Aligned-ish," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Aligned-ish and its owner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Digital Products

Our products are downloadable PDF journals and guides. After a successful purchase:

You will be redirected to a Thank You page with immediate download links.
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to that same page.
Download links are valid for a limited time (currently 7 days per session) and can be re-requested by contacting us if needed.

You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. We recommend backing them up locally.

4. Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout and remitted per Stripe's tax handling.

5. License to Use Our Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, or upload the product to any file-sharing site.
Reproduce the product for commercial purposes.
Modify or create derivative works from the product.
Remove any copyright or attribution notices.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our digital products, including text, graphics, illustrations, layouts, logos, and the "Aligned-ish" and "Get Unstuck" names, is owned by or licensed to Aligned-ish and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

7. No Professional Advice

Aligned-ish products are for informational and personal-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. 8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIGNED-ISH AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification
